The interior of this unit has 5.75 cu. ft. of storage capacity for backup pans of ingredients and a single adjustable shelf for organization. This shelf can hold up to 90 lb.
32 - 41 Degree Range
The control ensures the unit's holding temperatures stay between 32 - 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The controller is preprogrammed to keep the unit in the safety zone to avoid any issues with health inspectors.
1/4 hp Refrigeration System
This unit uses a 1/4 hp refrigeration system and R-134a refrigerant to cool the interior of the cabinet and the pan rail. Plus, it will automatically defrost 4 times a day to keep food fresh.
